The Resolution conference is based on Luke chapter 9:51. "As the time approached for him to be taken up to heaven, Jesus resolutely set out for Jerusalem."
The time of Christ's return is closer than it has ever been before, and yet it seems that people are driven further and further from the church for various reasons.
Here is a way to bridge the gap! This conference provides an opportunity for a wife to get her husband to a Christian event, a way for the youth to get her lost parents to hear the gospel, or even a man to get a coworker that would never step foot into a church building to hear the Good News of Christ. This event is also benefical for churches of all denominations to bring their members so that believers can be encouraged in the Word and in fellowship with one another.
Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009 Speaking Thru Me Ministries will host the Resolution conference for both men and women and even youth. Curtis Jones, the male speaker and writer for Beth Moore's Living Proof Ministries will speak as well as Ergun Caner a converted Muslim and President of Liberty University Seminary. Worship will be lead by none other than Travis Cotrell best known as the worship leader for all Beth Moore's conferences, Living Proof Live.
The conference will be held at Marion Civic Center from 10am to 3pm with a break for lunch.
